The Minna outreach focused on maternal and child health, delivering food relief and hygiene items while participating in sensitization activities. The initiative formed part of the Maternal and Child Health Week in collaboration with the Niger State Ministry of Primary Healthcare. The activities emphasized nutrition, basic healthcare, infant care, hygiene, and immunization awareness.
Engagement Level
The outreach saw high community participation and strong engagement from pregnant and nursing mothers attending the Maternal and Child Health Week. Sensitization sessions involved interactive discussions, Q&A segments, and demonstrations on nutrition and hygiene. Participants were receptive and showed enthusiasm in understanding the health guidance provided.
